How To Get That Teenage Vagina Back

by Lariza Garcia, www.larizagarcia.com, December 7, 2017

As I was writing this article for my blog, I could not stop myself from laughing and wondering if someone would read this since it tackles a private part and to others, a sensitive topic I gave birth at 23 yrs. old and got five kids when I turned 30. As they say, I was able to utilize my womb to the fullest. After my fifth child and maybe because of my age; I felt that there is something missing. A friend of mine suggested a vaginal repair. I did it; not for the cosmetic reason but more of taking back what I had before. The vaginal repair that I went through that time was painful, but I had to do and deal with the pain that comes with the procedure plus the recovery took about two months.

Common female problems because of childbirth, hormonal changes, weight changes, aging process can affect our overall sense of physical wellbeing. We could experience vaginal laxity (lose elasticity), mild to moderate stress urinary incontinence (leaking during coughing, sneezing, exercise and even laughing), vaginal dryness, pelvic prolapse and irregular genital structure. We suffer from one of this thing, but the good news is, there is now a way to get our teenage vagina back minus the pain that I suffer fifteen years ago I know that we sometimes feel embarrassed to discuss this, but we need to seek medical help to improve our vaginal condition and regain our self confidence and we need to realize that we need to find and make time for our wellbeing, especially our reproductive wellness.

We are not alone, there are group that could help us. Feminine Wellness Advocates embarked on a campaign to raise the awareness on the holistic perspective of female wellness, with the aim of redefining the overall concept of a healthy woman. Through a recent intimate media forum, I was able to meet Dr. Annebelle Aherrera, an OB with 28 years of experience and who shares to s the science of the most intimate makeover which she calls V-Restore.

What is V-Restore Treatment? V-Restore is the science that restores, revitalizes, and renews woman intimate area. It provides a safe, painless and effective solution for addressing intimate dysfunctions brought about by the natural process of ageing that result in vaginal dryness, loss of vaginal tone and reduce vaginal secretion. Lastly, aesthetic imperfections resulting in hypertrophy of the labia minora or smaller inner lips ad sagging vulvar labia skin and discoloration are also address. V-Restore helps achieve overall intimate health and sexual wellbeing for woman.

How is V-Restore done? According to Dr. Aherrera, V-restore can be done through surgical and non-surgical procedures:

Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation is a surgical procedure that will effectively enhance the vaginal muscle tone, strength and control. It decreases the internal and external vaginal diameter as well as build up and strengthen the perineal body. The results will be a pre-pregnant, post virginal state of the vagina.

Designer Laser Vaginoplasty is the aesthetic surgical enhancement of the vulvar structure, labia minora, labia majora, mons pubis, perineum and introitus. The procedure is for women who have normal sexual functions but want to feel attractive and younger vaginally.

Thermiva or Temperature Controlled Radiofrequency Procedure is the non-surgical and non-invasive United States FDA approved radio frequency treatment that helps revive and restore loose skin, loose vaginal wall, dry vulva and dry vagina, loose mucosa, loss of sensitivity and facial support. The treatment is basically a warm comfortable massage of warm heat over the genital area. Thermiva enhances tightening of the skin and stimulates new and tighter collagen remodeling. By this, there is increased blood flow to the labia and clitoris thereby increasing sensitivity and help improve orgasmic activity V-Restore Benefits While V-restore helps improve sexual satisfaction and improve aesthetics, it also benefits woman with conditions like Pelvic floor disorder; Bladder problems; Vaginal prolapse after hysterectomy; Tears in vaginal connective tissue; Weekend pelvic muscle issues after childbirth; Uneven, hanging, large, wrinkled labia minora; Odor and hygiene problem; Pain and discomfort caused by sports and physical activities; and Decreased sensation during sexual intercourse.

Its time for women to face their fears, debunk the myth and know the facts about how V-restore can benefit feminine wellness For more information, contact Dr. Annebelle Aherrera or connect with the Feminine Wellness Advocates to get the latest news and updates on woman’s health and wellness.
